All participants of M.O.R.E. are provided with helpful resources that allow a successful transition back into society. By accepting residency, participants enter into a covenant with all who lead and minister to them, ensuring mutual respect and understanding.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide a safe and healthy home environment for participants.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide a job for participants.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide transportation to the job for participants.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide nutritional meals for participants.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide educational and recreational activities for participants.
M.O.R.E. covenants to provide a qualified mentor to encourage each participant.
Participants' Covenant with MORE
Participants covenant to obey all M.O.R.E. guidelines for residing in the home.
Participants covenant to work timely and consistently at the provided job.
Participants covenant to submit to random drug tests as often as the drug tests are performed.
Participants covenant to refrain from all violent actions and to obey all local, state, and federal laws.
Participants covenant to allow M.O.R.E. to hold their income in a trust fund. M.O.R.E. will pay restitution and child support in monthly installments where applicable. Participants will receive a monthly allowance from the trust fund. The balance of the participant’s trust account will be given to the participant when the program is successfully completed.
Participants covenant to abide by the decision of M.O.R.E. with regard to discipline, if any part of this covenant is violated.
Guidelines for Homes
As a resident of a M.O.R.E. home, I agree to:
Show respect for the managers and other members in the home.
Maintain a tidy and clean room (make your bed, etc).
Get up and go to work unless providentially hindered.
Do not use someone else’s stuff without permission.
Help with work around the home (cleaning, helping with food, etc).
Do not bring or use any drugs or alcohol at the home.
Participate in all of the assigned instructional/training classes.
Participate in all Bible and spiritual development opportunities.
No cell phones will be allowed while a resident of the home.
